Nationwide Fast and Professional Shipping
We offer a comprehensive nationwide courier delivery service covering the mainland UK including England, Wales and Scotland. Most orders placed before 3pm are dispatched for delivery on the next working day. For our customers in Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and further afield across Europe or worldwide we provide support through our specialist freight forwarding partners.

Zone 1: Mainland England, Wales and Scottish Lowlands
FREE on orders containing 6+ tyres
or £30 per tyre.
Delivery is free of charge on all orders containing six or more tyres. For orders below this threshold a standard delivery fee of £30 per tyre will be applied at checkout. We operate a non-guaranteed next working day service for orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday. While we strive to process orders received between 3pm and 4pm for next day arrival this depends on daily volume and any orders placed after 4pm will be dispatched the following working day. Please note that while the vast majority of our shipments arrive the next day we recommend allowing up to two working days for your arrival. This zone excludes specific remote postcodes in the Highlands and Islands.
Zone 2: Scottish Highlands and Remote Regions

Courier companies typically apply a surcharge for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and certain remote parts of the Lowlands. For postcodes beginning with AB, IV, KW, PA21-80, PS38-40, PH17-26, PH30-41 and PH49-50 an additional delivery charge starting from £20 plus VAT is usually applied on top of our standard rate. Delivery to these regions is typically managed on a one to three working day service. If your order involves particularly heavy products or an exceptionally remote location we will contact you directly to discuss the most efficient delivery method. We encourage you to contact our team before placing your order for an accurate logistics quote.
Zone 3: Ireland and Northern Ireland

Direct Delivery Unavailable.
Due to current customs requirements and the additional paperwork involved following regulatory changes we no longer provide direct delivery to Ireland or Northern Ireland. Customers in these regions will need to appoint their own freight agent to manage the collection and movement of goods from our warehouse facilities. If you do not currently have a logistics partner in place we can provide contact details for our preferred external freight forwarders who can assist you with the process.

Shipping to the Isle of Wight, the Scottish Isles and other offshore UK territories often incurs significant additional costs from our couriers due to the water crossings involved. We are happy to arrange these deliveries but ask that you contact us for a specific quote before completing your purchase. For international orders outside of the UK we work with preferred international freight agents who can provide detailed quotes based on weights and dimensions. We are also happy to accommodate your own preferred freight forwarders and will provide all necessary commodity codes and documentation to assist the export process.

Orders and Shipping
Orders placed before 3 PM on business days are dispatched the same day via Palletline. Standard delivery within the UK is usually next working day. Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
You can create an account by clicking “My Account” on the website and following the registration process. An account allows you to view past orders, save delivery addresses, and speed up checkout.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can update your shipping address in your account or contact our support team immediately. Once the order is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking link from Palletline. You can also view your order status by logging into your account on our website.
No, we do not store credit card information. All payments are securely processed via Worldpay, which handles your card details in a PCI-compliant environment.
All prices include UK VAT where applicable. International orders may be subject to local taxes and duties at the customer’s responsibility.
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Most orders are shipped in a single package. However, depending on stock availability or tyre sizes, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.
You can request a change or cancellation before the order is dispatched by contacting our support team. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
We do not currently offer pre-orders. Please check back on the website or contact us for stock updates.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
Our Refund Policy applies. You have 14 days to return tyres that are unused, unfitted, and in resalable condition. Special orders, fitted, or used tyres cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the items are faulty or incorrect.
Please contact us immediately with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We will investigate and arrange either a replacement or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Do not fit damaged tyres, as this may affect your eligibility for a replacement. Return shipping for damaged goods will be covered by us.
Before returning any items, please contact our support team to get a Return Authorization Number. Once authorized, return items to:

If the order has already been shipped, we may be able to arrange redirection with Palletline, but additional charges may apply.
Orders can be changed or cancelled only before dispatch. Please contact our support team as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may be able to return it following our Refund Policy if it meets the return conditions.
We currently do not offer pre-orders. If a tyre is out of stock, please check back on our website or contact our support team for updates on restocking dates.
