If you find at any time that our quotes are missing the mark then please do let us know immediately. We will attempt to match any genuine like for like quote and we will look closely at the technical detail to ensure you are getting exactly what you need for your specific application. After all a cheaper tyre is never a bargain if it isn’t rated or designed for the work intensity or load carrying that your fleet requires. The costs of early tyre failure resulting from a lack of suitability for the job can be incredibly high and a cheaper tyre that wears quickly is rarely cost effective in the long run. Volume and Fleet Orders

We offer customer discounts wherever possible on quantity and volume orders to support those moving the most weight. In many instances our website has pallet rate discounts active for many radial truck tyres where purchasing in bulk will apply savings automatically at the checkout stage. For other sectors or specialised requirements you are better off speaking to us directly to enquire if we can provide additional help on price. If you are looking to secure a large number of tyres for your fleet or multiple tyres for a specific set of vehicles then simply ask our team if they can assist with a bespoke rate.

If you are a customer looking to purchase in full containers then our team is perfectly placed to help. We can often liaise directly with manufacturers to route stock to your unloading location in a more efficient manner which saves on handling and distribution costs. Orders and Shipping

Orders placed before 3 PM on business days are dispatched the same day via Palletline. Standard delivery within the UK is usually next working day. Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

You can create an account by clicking “My Account” on the website and following the registration process. An account allows you to view past orders, save delivery addresses, and speed up checkout.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can update your shipping address in your account or contact our support team immediately. Once the order is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking link from Palletline. You can also view your order status by logging into your account on our website.

No, we do not store credit card information. All payments are securely processed via Worldpay, which handles your card details in a PCI-compliant environment.

All prices include UK VAT where applicable. International orders may be subject to local taxes and duties at the customer’s responsibility.

 

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Most orders are shipped in a single package. However, depending on stock availability or tyre sizes, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.

You can request a change or cancellation before the order is dispatched by contacting our support team. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

We do not currently offer pre-orders. Please check back on the website or contact us for stock updates.

Returns and Exchanges

Our Refund Policy applies. You have 14 days to return tyres that are unused, unfitted, and in resalable condition. Special orders, fitted, or used tyres cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the items are faulty or incorrect.

Please contact us immediately with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If your tyres arrive damaged, please contact our support team immediately with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged items and packaging

We will investigate and arrange either a replacement or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Do not fit damaged tyres, as this may affect your eligibility for a replacement. Return shipping for damaged goods will be covered by us.

Before returning any items, please contact our support team to get a Return Authorization Number. Once authorized, return items to:
